General Feedback Required Related To Interview Processes and How they can be improved

HI. I am a Cornell student who is working on some customer research for one of my projects. For those of you who have been through interviewing (onsites, phones etc), I would like to know from as to what you feel would have helped you more in the process? Would you have preferred some kind of general feedback built by the community during the process? What kind of general feedback would you want to know about each of the process and the company to help?
