If I drop a language class because of major anxiety, can I not get into a college that requires 3 credits?

So, recently. I had dropped my Spanish class because the teacher didn't teach and I had major anxiety because of it. This would mean I only have two credits in language. However, my first pick college, Clemson, requires 3. Does this mean I cannot make it there? Will I have to take a community college course for the third? Or does being exempt take me out of that bracket?
