[Q] How to keep yourself motivated to study for a large exam?

I have a pretty huge final exam coming up at the end of this year that I need to do very well on in order to progress. I'm wondering if anyone could give me advice on how to keep focused and motivated? I'm struggling and could use all the advice I could get
