Hello!
I will be graduating with a B.S. in Elementary Education in two weeks, so I am in the process of applying for teaching jobs. While I am aware that what school districts look for in answers to application questions will vary from district to district, I was hoping you all would have some tips on how to answer application questions/things to include or not include. The questions are as follows:
- What strategies will you use in your classroom to assure that ALL students comprehend texts and write with purpose?
- What will you do in your classroom to make learning relevant to the life and times of present day students?
- Provide an example of how you would foster learning relationships with students.
- How do you ASSESS students' progress and determine what they have mastered and use this information to guide further instruction?
Any and all advice is much appreciated! Thank you!
