Chances of getting admission for my PG with backlogs?

CGPA :8.0 I'm currently in my third year of BE Computer Science and Engineering. I had 2 backlogs and managed to clear them both. I would love to do my PG in Europe, Canada or the US. Will my backlogs affect this? Do I need anything else apart from Good GRE and TOEFL scores to make this easier?
