I don't believe schools should teach children about the Holocaust every school-year

The more the Holocaust and Hitler are mentioned, the more likely I think children are going to question education and possibly turn into racists / antisemites.

I think education on the Holocaust should be reserved for one year of Highschool, not throughout almost every year of all of education.
