My foreign degree

Hey im not quite sure if this is the appropriate subreddit, so forgive me.

Im from egypt, going for my senior year on commerce (probably accounting degree), im in mansoura University.

How can I know if my college is credited? So in case I wanted to get cma or anything to improve my qualifications or to maybe get a job in case I was able to immigrate (as my degrees sucked).

Is there a site to check those?

In this site I can find my university, so does that mean my degree is credited?
