Question, looking for recommendation with online Bachelor's Degree

So I'm looking to earn a Bachelor's Degree online, and I'm fairly clueless, so I'd really appreciate any advice/suggestions.

So here are my priorities from most important to least.

1. Speed. I want to get my degree as soon as possible, and I'm willing to work for it, option to fast track would be cool.

2. Prestige. A useful-sounding degree from a somewhat reputable sounding university would be ideal, but not necessary.

3. Cost. Budget is around 100,000, so cost shouldn't be the biggest concern.

4. Usefulness. I don't expect to use what I learn here at all. Just need a Bachelor's degree for working abroad, doing things like translating or teaching English.

I'm sure this post sounds super naive, and that reflects exactly where I am in life at the moment. So any advice would very appreciated. Let me know if I'm missing some key information or this is complete nonsense.
