Tax break for Parents of Students who perform well in public schools

Just a thought, and is really like to here some feedback;

Would it be conceivable to have a system where we could promote parents to help their kids become productive members of society? The big issue that we have with our schools success is that parents are not involved enough with their kids.

An idea to provide tax breaks for parents of students who perform well, and penalties for those who underperform? We have come to a point to where we have to say enough is enough, and place blame on the parents. I feel if we start in a place like this, we could help train people to understand the impact they should have on their children’s education.

Maybe there is something like this out there. I don’t know, just a thought. Tell me what you think...
