Got any effective teacher evaluation/observation forms or even just tips?

Hi there!

I'm a newly appointed VP at a K-12 school in the Middle East. I'm looking for any possible teacher evaluation / class observation forms and tips (as the title suggests ^_^) that you may have come across over the years and has helped you improve yourself or others as an educator. We have a couple of forms already but I thought I'd ask the wonderful community here cause you guys always have great stuff to add :D
