Thoughts on the effects adderall (taken illegally) has on standardized tests and scores?

At times, I hear jokes about people taking drugs like adderall from their friends or sibilings. I don't know how often this really occurs or any hard numbers about this subject but I would imagine that average scores are slightly higher than they should be. Would you consider this a serious enough issue that needs to be addressed? Thoughts?
