Help with school

Hey I have dyslexia, ADHD and my processing speed is impaired (bottom 1%). According to my psychiatric report I'm about average intelligence besides that but it doesn't really matter considering it's hard to get on task in the first place (thanks to ADHD) then when I do get on task it's harder to read (thanks to dyslexia) which probably makes me more likely to constantly go off topic (again thanks to ADHD) and then on the rare time that all goes well it takes me eons to actually understand what it is (processing speed). I know nobody probably has this nearly as bad as I do but any help or encouragement would be helpful.

I meditate every day, exercise 5x a week, study (or at least attempt to) for like 2-3 hrs a day and sleep before midnight and I'm about to fail my courses. God knows why I'm even in University but that's a post for a different day. I get like 26 different accommodations for school, I read all the chapters before class like I'm told but I'm still scratching 50%.

Edit:

My accommodations are:

  • Extra time for all tests/exams/quizzes 2.00 (100%)
  • Breaks (per hour) 5 minutes per hour
  • Test Centre/Overflow Room (if Test Centre is full)
  • Use of computer
  • Use of computer with specialized technology
  • Kurzweil 3000 (text to speech software)
  • Peer notetaker
  • Extensions on assignments, to a maximum of one week without academic penalty, may be required for disability-related reasons. Extensions should be requested by the student in advance of the due date (in person or via email and following the academic dept's policies). Extensions outside of these guidelines are to be assessed by the student’s Accessibility Advisor and/or the student’s instructor on a case by case basis.

I tried listening but the text to speech software I have is so lifeless and robotic it almost makes it harder to study.

The problem is the course is only so long. Ideally, the courses should be longer for me but no one is making that type of accommodations for the 1% of people who have things as shitty as I do. I still have my exams on the same days as everyone else no matter what I do.
