Take a test of all the students in the class. Then divide them into groups based on the results of the tests. The weaker students or those who did poorly in the test will be grouped together,those who did slightly better will be grouped together and so on. Then with each group you give them specific activities and materials in order to develop their knowledge and abilities. The children can help each other out and the teacher can give more focused and individualized attention to the children. This system or technique will help the children learn better than the current system.
