Implementation of an anti-bullying app in schools

Hi all.

I have designed and developed a mobile app to be used to counter the effects and causes of bullying. It acts as an anonymous tip line. Students download an app and can anonymously report any bullying they see. They send a text and that text gets sent in real time to a preset up email accessible to allocated staff (school psychologist/headmaster/heads of grade). Although the reports are anonymous they're all stored on a database so the schools can track the rise and fall of bullying instances or if any students names repeatedly pop up.

As well received as the idea has been, I'm having problems with actually who to approach to sell it to and distribute it to schools. I've pitched it to a few Education and Child service based NGO's as well as my country's department of basic education, I don't exactly want to go door to door pitching the idea one school at a time because that's time away from my laptop developing. I guess I'd ideally want someone to say "Cool app we want it in these 30 schools, by this time, go!"

Does anyone know how I would achieve this? Should I approach NGO's? Grant foundations? Innovation sectors? Departments of education?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
