What are children in the USA, aged 13 and under, not allowed to be taught?

Hi, I am an extremely small animation YouTuber. With the new COPPA law being put in place almost all of my content with being labeled 'for children' (which removes: notifications, comments, and personalized ads. This almost entirely prevents channel growth)

I have been trying to think of ways to make my content be targeted for people 14+ because each video labeled wrong can result in lawsuits for up to around $41,000 (I am only a small channel so I won't be suid for much, if any. However, I want to grow my channel and wish to cut the COPPA problem at the roots so it won't be a problem in the future if my channel grows)

My best idea so far is to include something at the start of my videos that children aged 13 and under aren't allowed to learn/know about, which would make the content not be targeted to them. My back up is to swear at the start of my videos, but I don't want to do that, as it is not something I want on my channel.

So, What are children in the USA, aged 13 and under, not allowed to be taught/know about?

Thank you,

(PS: I didn't know what fair to put on this. I thought SCHOOL CULTURE & POLICY was a safe bet because I am asking about any POLICY that prevents children of a certain age from learning about different things)
