Advice??

I just got accepted by UCSC, UCD and Penn State to study film, but I am really torn between the three.

from what i’ve gathered from their websites, UCSC is supposedly more artsy and a great environment to study film, which is my dream major, but Penn State ranks higher and I am not fully confident i can ride out the film train all the way through. And UCD is kinda like in the middle.
