Getting a BA in a field I already have 20 years experience in.

I already have 20 years of professional experience in the film and video game industry as an animator but don't have a BA. Its required for many teaching jobs out there so I'm looking at what might be the easiest way to somehow turn my years experience into credits towards a BA or other suggestions.
