Requesting self-teaching websites & resources for primary subjects

Hello all,

I'm a 22 year old male living in Australia and since finishing school back in 2015 I haven't furthered my education in any way whatsoever. I'm starting to notice my lacklustre ability show in certain jobs or tasks at home that require what so many consider basic skills. I did pass my grade 12 year, however, it wasn't without a lot of stress and near failures. I only JUST passed.

I have a good sense of what I'd like to get out of life and now that I've worked on my motivation I'd like to start self-teaching. The subjects I wish to cover are:

  • Math
  • English
  • History (Australia as a specific sub-category included)
  • Science (including Biology, Physics & Chemistry)
  • Geography (With a focus on Australia)
  • English (Including Literacy if not included in a general English resource)
  • ICT, I've already put focus on this but I find it relatively interesting so I'm always open to learn more

I would like to learn from resources that have visual aids as it suits my learning method and helps me remember much easier. I found a website already for Math called SchoolYourself. If you're willing to help I'd check out that one to get a sense of what might be useful for me, though please feel free to share any resource. I'll check them all out :)

Thank you all in advance for the help, I appreciate it
