Is it still possible to do something about my GPA since my classes will be Credit/No credit?

My GPA last semester was a little under 3.0 and since I rely on financial aid I was supposed to raise my GPA to above a 3.0,But now since my school will be online for the rest of this semester I’m wondering how this will affect my gpa,and if there is still hope?
