Calling RTLB's and Educators!

Hello to all Educators out there!

I am an RTLB in New Zealand and I'm wanting to ask are there any other RTLB's out there? (RTLB = Resource Teacher of Learning and Behavior). I have been working in this role for over a year now and currently I am completing a two year degree and have a couple of questions for you all.

What has been your experience with RTLB?

What has been the biggest impact an RTLB has made to your practice/experience/situation?

What are some things that RTLB could do better?
