Teaching College Algebra - Looking for resources

So next year I will be teaching a mathematics course titled College Algebra. This course is designed for Juniors/Seniors who did not do that well in their previous Alg 1 - Alg 2 - Geo classes AND who will most likely have to take a college math placement exam.

This course is not designed to focus on Precalculus topics (as that is a separate class that is more advanced and at a faster pace), but focused on skills/concepts that can help students for the SAT's and prepare them for math placement exams in College.

Anybody ever heard of a class like this or might have resources where I could find what topics should be covered. I could do my own research and make something from scratch but I am not trying to completely reinvent the wheel if something of quality already exists.
