I am not getting a quality education at my community college, i am a 4.0 student attempting to get into grad school, but this is going to be an obstacle

I am a 4.0 student, I am set on going to grad school, I am planning on transferring to a quality 4-year university, but this community college is holding me back. I had to withdraw from a class because the professor was unqualified (believe me, this professor didn't teach the class and was belligerent with questions that students had). The withdrawal was within the first week of classes so it isn't appearing on my transcript, but currently I am having a conflict with my math class. My math professor is incredibly belligerent/condescending towards me for some unknown reason. He encourages the class to ask homework questions to him on the next class meeting, but when I ask him those questions he simply dismisses them and claims that I need to go get tutoring (I don't want to get into microanalytical details as that will cost me a lot more time than what I have to get back to studying right now). He is incredibly lazy and I am afraid that I will fall behind academically. I am a Business major, and my specific major requires mathematical knowledge, I am good at math, but he isn't doing a good job of teaching it. I believe that this community college struggles in particular subjects (referring to teachers) as I have had to withdraw from some social sciences, and math classes before so that I wouldn't harm my GPA. I plan on going to a VERY COMPETITIVE UNIVERSITY AND GRAD SCHOOL, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT I make STRAIGHT A'S. I put in the work all day, every day, believe me. I am upset with how the instructors handle the classes in some cases as I am constantly asking myself "why doesn't anyone else give a damn about how shitty this professor is?" The student body is typically 18-21 year olds who don't seem to give a damn (lazy, "C's get degrees"- type people). Currrently, I am pondering if i should just straight up transfer to a 4-year university right now so that I can get enrolled in higher-quality classes, or if I should finish this semester (drop whatever classes I won't get an A in, which is currently just this math class.) and try to stick here another semester (Spring 2017). I really need some advice as I can't go to a school counselour (obviously haha) and No one in my family is that "high-brow," if you catch my drift. I am the first in my family to attend higher-level education (beyond high school), and am set on attaining a professional degree. I didn't hunker down in high school and as a result, I'm stuck at a community college, for now... I turned my life around when I started CC, so now that I'm a scholar I need help with being on the right path to success. Please help me.
