Is a Masters Degree in Conflict & Dispute Resolution worth it

It goes by different names.

Masters in Dispute Resolution, Masters in Conflict Resolution, Masters in Alternative Dispute, Masters in Negotiation, etc.

You can become an arbitrator, mediator, conciliator, help businesses solve issues without going to court.

Seems like a degree to acquire. Almost like an lawyer who is a overactive good listener, but cannot practice.

Any thoughts?
