[advice] Looking for a masters program specializing in new school development/leadership

My wife's goal is to open a new type of school with a structure focused on multi-disciplinary teaching approaches and non-formal education.

Her first degree was in non-formal education, literature and therapy with at-risk teenagers.

She is looking for a masters program in the United States that focuses on new school development and leadership that could help her learn about the process of opening and running a school where a new or hybridized model of education could be used.

Does anyone know of any good masters programs in the United States that could be appropriate?

We know it's a long shot, but Harvard has a great School Leadership program in their Graduate School of Education:

The School Development Strand is for those students interested in leading nonprofit, for-profit or philanthropic organizations, and for those who want to launch their own schools or educational organizations.

A program like this would be ideal.

Thank you in advance for any recommendations or tips on programs that we can research further!
