I have an idea I want to hash out. I didnt know if this was the place to go. I want to know if my idea is possible. I believe in free education to start. You would earn credits based on the courses you take. These credits would act as a second form of income for the purchase of basic survival. you will have to pass a test yearly to keep your credits. The schooling and resources covered for survival will be paid for by the workforce with higher taxes. however with a more educated workforce efficiency and productivity should raise to new levels.
