Currently, in ELAC, I think this is not about education. Or is this U.S. Education all about?

Our professors do things like giving an answer to the student during exam because the exam includes a lot that he hasn't taught, telling the student to read the book by themselves and rush everything in the class, putting the half of the class in answering the homework question in order to slow down everything for him and saying I am tired and old, Putting the Alt-Right in the English exam and test the student. One of English Professor even said this during the class, "A big guy like Trump" and saying this at the end of the class to me "You are a liar, and I won't add you in the class"(Guess what my race is :D)

Let's start with my current Java programming class first. Nearly half of the classmate dropped the class after the fourth months that the class is started. That is because the professor does not want to teach. We have done two Exam: the first one is take home and the second one is in class. At least 25 % of each exam includes the part that he hasn't taught about. After I got my first exam, he even told me angrily if you make me works more, I will take out the point from you and your neighbor. I answered him, "I am sorry." Half of myself does not want to care about this professor because I have study Java for two months before taking his class and currently passing with an A." However, I feel sorry for other students. It's been four months that they still do not understand anything most likely and failing the class. In the Second Exam, I asked him why he put things in the Exam that he hasn't taught. He told me, "the answer is B." he also said, "If you want to learn, see me after the class." Most of my calculus professors and linear algebra professor are as same as him. They just hang around in the class. Most of them are from Santa Monica College working as part time here too. I hope I can give your guys my current class's information to show you guys how crazy my class is.

The Cal 3 professor I took was my Cal 1 and Cal2 professor. I know he is lazy. When I was in his Cal 2 class, he told us that he hasn't studied Cal 3. When in his Cal3 class, It was a nightmare. When I was in the Cal2, I saw people asking him the answer during Exam and Final. But, the thing goes even crazier in the Cal3. 50% of the class period is about talking HomeWork question. He says" Oh~ I am old and have not jerk. I need to relax in the class." That is why he let the student answer homework question in that 50% of HomeWork question period, and he just sits down with his computer. I see the Student next to me just watches the video to learn by himself. After I failed this class, I took the Math 125. Most of cal state LA student are in this Math125, and they struggle with high school math. One of them even is the TA in the engineering department. I don't want to talk about my linear algebra professor. He is also from Santa Monica College. He is as same as my professor in Java class.

Is this what the United States Education all about? I see most of the professor in ELAC are as same as this. I don't understand that they do not care about that their doing is making student fail.
