so like the title says i have my first para interviews coming up. i have 2 separate interviews, one in a large school district that is a little bit more "rough", and one at the school district i attended from the age of 5-15. i'm super nervous and if anyone has any advice or tips about the interview process i would appreciate it.
some background info: -i'm working on my associates degree in teacher prep/education (should have it within the next year) -my ultimate end goal is to be a reading specialist or a special education department head -i don't really have any prior background in education. my past jobs have mostly been customer service, i spent 2 summers as a camp counselor, and currently i work at a preschool (i've been there for 5 months now) -i am a super anxious person so i am kind of spazzing out right now.
