Long story: first year teacher and got an offer to be a teacher at a school a few hours away. Me and my wife planned on moving for this, however, that would cause her to lose her job. My orientation is next week for the position. Just got an offer for a position for the class I want to teach and is local so me and my wife won’t have to move. Is it bad that I back out of he offer before my orientation?
