If you could lend your knowledge to help improve our goal, or the likelihood that we'll accomplish our goal, that would be greatly appreciated.
I'm sure that most here are familiar with the S.M.A.R.T. method of setting goals which states that they should be specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound.
In our new community, we are setting goals "collectively," or together, so that we stand a higher chance of achieving them and changing the world in significant ways.
Education is a topic of interest for us and we're trying to outline a specific target that we can try to achieve. But, we first need input to make the goal fit the S.M.A.R.T. criteria, followed by needing support to make it become a reality.
Right now, to start, I have drafted:
"We want to enable communities to create measurable improvements in their education systems."
- How can we make that fit the S.M.A.R.T. criteria previously listed?
- How do we improve our chances of achieving it?
- What are the steps between now and our desired outcome?
Your knowledge would be greatly appreciated, because while I am the one trying to create the venue to host discussions like these, I am not an expert. I'd like to attract people with more knowledge than me so that a great discussion can be created around the topic.
If you're interested in the concept of the project, PM me and I'll get you connected to help us!
