I attended college right out of high school about 10 years ago. I did not care about my academics, had no goals, only went because my parents pressured me into it. I went for several terms and failed every single class because all I cared about was partying.
Fast forward 10 years to present I have goals to get a degree in computer science. I have been working hard and I am a few terms in now and have been getting straight A's. I hate looking at my transcript and seeing my poor GPA despite all my hard work I am currently putting in. I am going to a 2 year community college but will need to transfer. Will this effect my ability to get into a 4 year college, even if all my grades working towards my current degree are very good. Anyway I can go about getting my old record expunged?
