Need help with submission statement

Hi all.

I'm new here and would like to share one educational project for preschool kids I'm working on, but I'm having a trouble understanding what I have to do in form of this " submission statement " in order to post link to that project.
I apologise if I misunderstood something, but English is not my first language, so some things might got lost in translation...
