What do I study?

I’m 18 years old and have found a college to go into. For the past few years I was wanting to be a chiropractor and was planning on taking classes for that. However, recently I got a really strong urge to help people in child trafficking situations. I looked into OUR but decided I want to do this for my career rather than a volunteer. What would I need to study in college to make this a reality? I’m not sure if I need to make a business or if I want to be an operative (I also know little to nothing about college and businesses) thanks for the help
