I want to improve myself in job experience, soft skills, and world perspective.
I've working since 2013 December and I've improved myself about everything. Of course, there are many things for learning and I always keep learning.
1 - ) My work responsibilities were different tasks in my department for a long time. I did unrelated report tasks in my position held, however, I liked it.
Today, I have related tasks in my department but I want to improve the report job. I have experience in report work. My Excel skill is at a great level I believe. Indeed, I have to learn PowerBI and Power Query. What else should I learn programs about the report job? I've studying PowerBI and Power Query for the last two weeks.
2 - ) My soft skills are fine but I need to improve it. My coordinating with others, emotional intelligence, decision-making skills are above average.
I read books, I study to learn apps, programs, I try to learn the language especially English. After that, I'll try to learn second language.
What do you advise and give tips about improvement?
Note: By the way, I'm 31 years old, I'm not sure If it is necessary.
