Do you think college professors should have more teaching qualifications?

I believe college professors who teach should have to take 5+ education classes. Two or more educational psychology and two or more educational neuroscience classes would be preferred. I was pretty disappointed at how bad the quality of education was where I went, especially for how much it costs. Oh and I'm a veteran so I didn't have to pay for tuition. It's seriously not worth tax-payers money to pay so much for people to get educated by people who aren't educated at all, or tested at all, in teaching. Ultimately I'd like to see researchers out of classrooms and teachers in classrooms.
