How to inspire/teach kids about programming? (10-12 year old)

I got a challange to introduce kids to programming, do you have any experience with it?

Do you have any online platforms to recommend? What can I do in 2.5h to inspire them?

Any suggestions? (I am asking since I have engineering background and don't have feeling how advanced kids these days are)

I am thinking about using scratch.mit.edu
