Psychometric personality testing should be a part of a new system based on customized education

Kids should have their learning style, MBTI, Enneagram and Big 5 personality traits ascertained and used to match them with a curriculum and learning style that matches their uniqueness.

Counselors and mentors should get feedback on each child’s unique interests and strengths and customize their curriculum based on that.

Psychometric and customization are the future of education.
