What's one thing you wished you had in school to promote diversity or a sense of inclusion?

Hi I have a paper I need to finish about the different problems in diversity and inclusion of the educational field. I wanted to see what other people thought and what other people might have wanted to give me a broader perspective. So if you have anything you wanted to share I would appreciate it!
