Colour filter for Windows applications (irlen syndrome, dyslexia, autism)

Hi everyone!

I am a teacher and software developer, and have developed a colour filter application that puts a filter on top of all Windows programs! Used in two schools now, with more than 300 students making daily use of it, I have decided to release it publicly!

Called vCollege Accessibility, this latest version also has other tools to aid reading from a screen - a crosshair mouse, and reading lines that can act as a ruler.
