Help me! 2.292 to 3.0

I don't know what I can do and I'm a little but freaked out because it looks like my life is officially over/screwed.

All my life I've been told grades don't matter, as I'll be going to Germany once I graduate high school, and taking a program there that gives me the score on a test that gets me in to any uni. However, today o found out that I need at least a 3.0 gpa to get into one of these programs. I have a 2.292 and it's almost the end of the 3rd semester of my junior year. Is there any possible way that anyone knows of that I can raise my gpa to a 3.0 by graduation in 2018? I'm really really terrified that my life is ruined.
