Student, looking for feedback on "Bad" teacher; what to do

There is a teacher at my school that literally every student that has had any contact with her has complained about. Whenever the topic of poor practice is brought up in passing conversation she gets brought up. It's a unanimous consensus among campus that she is to be avoided

I happen to have her this term, and my experience is no different from the stories of all other students. The straw that tipped me to write this is when the teacher literally returned a homework as a 0, refusing to grade it because it was unstapled, and apparently not neat enough for her standards. She literally wrote it was not worth anybody's time to read and grade.

My biased opinion is that firstly, it is no different in terms of neatness of handwriting and so on as all of my other homeworks I've submitted to any other professor, and never have I had an issue.

I'm aware staples are common and proper, no argument there and I won't justify why I lacked one, but I find this absurd personally. There can be a long list of silly stories people have told. Another student went from hard F to B because one of the better students essentially said the failing student should get a B and that they studied together. I could criticize her grading policy as well however hers is not uncommon; just not well-liked by students at all.

The point is, TLDR, I am frustrated with this teacher and so is a lot of people at my school. Perhaps I am just blowing smoke by posting here, however I am looking for feedback as to what is a preferred course of action here. Suck it up as there's nothing to do? Or what. I'd like to complain about her but a final course evaluation is too little too late.

Also, if this goes under personal attacks rather than a rant and advice-searching, I will delete this.
