Teen girls ending statements with question marks is an epidemic!

I cannot express how much I hate this new thing (and it is new) perpetrated for the most part by preteen and teen girls.
Tumblr is infested with this punctuation pestilence. Exhibit A:

She was charming and pleasant and brave and all?

Are you asking me if she was charming, pleasant and brave? I don't know. Exhibit B:

The song was so beautiful?

Do you not know what beautiful means? Are you not sure that the song is beautiful?
If you're not asking a question, then why do you have a question mark?

High school teachers, please save us from these end mark end days!
