Music as an anxiety relief tool? New study, wanna get involved?

I'm doing a study for my master's dissertation and I'm observing the effects of routine on relaxation promotion and anxiety reduction (with an emphasis on routine music listening or watching T.V.). I'm wondering if anybody is interested in doing my study? it's just 20-minutes per day of music listening or watching T.V. for a week and you can do the activity whenever you want in your own home/space (I'll provide the content). You'll also need to do a short questionnaire before and after. It's anonymous once you begin.
