How are our schools doing to help our students get jobs?

I’m curious to learn what our schools are doing to help our students get jobs? What are some of the best technologies or processes you are using to help them get jobs?

The reason I’m asking is that I’m building an education app (Boldvue.com that is hoping to help with this initiative. It teaches students to practice their job interview skills in a fun way. But I want to know how to make this app the most useful. Your answers to the above question would help me consider what features to prioritize and build.
