What to include in my essay for reasons why I want to become a teacher?

Hi guys! I am hoping to apply Into the teachers practicum to become an elementary teacher and I have to write an essay on my reasons for why I want to become an educator. Teachers out there, any suggestions or comments??? much appreciated, and thank you in advance :)
