Research articles about afterschool program sustainability?

Would anyone here happen to know of any research articles that they would suggest about the sustainability of an afterschool program? Sustainability as in what it takes for an afterschool program to operate successfully over a long period of time (versus sustainability in the sense of environmental responsibility).
