Attendance Initiatives

Hello,

I am an administrator in an urban school (Springfield, MA). We are having our worst year in a long time regarding student attendance. I am reaching out in the hopes that someone has an attendance initiative that they/their admin has implemented that WORKED. I've done research/google searches, but I'd like to hear from some of you folks. Thanks!
