Careers helping farmers/environment

TL/DR: I'm bored and want a career switch. Any degree program suggestions?

When I got my BA in Criminology I did so with a scholarship in Music Performance. As you can see I am a Gemini with a lot of contrasting interests. I didn't know what I wanted to focus on while in college, so I got in and out in 3 years. I'm 26 now. I've had a couple of jobs. One in social work, and the other working at a city municipal police department. I've enjoyed my experience at the jobs that I've had, as well as what I learned in college to get to where I am.

I hope anyone reading this will look into how their municipality effects their daily life. And how available that municipality is to taking complaints. It's your city, after-all.

Anyway, I have wanted to seek out possibly switching careers. Although I have enjoyed being a civil-servant I'm getting bored with the job. While in highschool I spent a lot of time taking math classes. I have a very analytical brain, and I get bored easily. One of my interests has been helping farmers however as a career I don't know what to pursue. One of my main interest in college was environmental criminology, but it seems like the industries that have jobs in that area have a huge difficulty in stopping big corporations. Also learning about what happened in Flint, MI scares me to death. I want to be apart of the process of preserving our natural resources. If anyone has any advise on how to do this I would greatly appreciate it.

My hesitation with switching careers is I don't have any student debt. But, money isn't everything if you have a sincere passion toward trying to help people.
