Changing universities

Here recently I applied for a university. Turns out that somewhere along the way I got mislead, probably just confusion on my part. Anyways, my goal is to get a Bachelors in Information Technology (or Computer Science. I want to do cybersecurity), and I wanted to do it online. Found out that the university I applied for has a online Masters degree for Cybersecurity, but nothing for Bachelors, and the only option would be to do a B.S. in General Studies with computer courses mixed in. When I submitted my application, I know that I applied for online courses, and I know that I chose computer science, which is where I think I got confused since, ya know, why would you let someone choose online courses with computer science in the application process if they don't offer it? I really got pissed when I found out they changed my intended course of study to General Studies without at least emailing or calling me to confirm. So before I found out, I already filled out FASFA and sent my transcripts (I have an Associates) to them, and it cost me $30 to apply, so wasting money to send my transcripts and applying only to find all this out also annoyed me.

So with that long-winded intro/venting of my situation out of the way, I don't want to go to this university and would like to switch. Is there a process that I would have to go through, or can I just go ahead and apply to another university (this time I'm gonna call and confirm to make sure they do actually offer the program)?
