Alternative teaching jobs?

Hello all.

I have a strong desire to become a teacher/educator of some sort. I have considered teaching high schoolers but also want to be a university professor down the road.

One issue I have, however, is that I am not an early bird and really don't feel open to starting my day a 7am five days per week.

What other teaching jobs can I look into that allow me more flexibility in my scheduling but also pay decently?
