Should I pursue a second bachelors course or continue with masters in existing field

I currently hold my bachelor's degree in Electrical and electronics engineering and I hold an admit for master from a German university in control engineering. But I don't have in-depth technical knowledge nor experience. Will it be a good decision to change my stream and do my bachelor again from Germany in computer sciences. Which would be a better option in terms of getting a job here in Germany. I'm 23 years old and I'm held back to go forward because of the age factor.
